Environmental Policy

At Nordvalls, environmental responsibility is part of our everyday work and is shared across the organisation. We work to reduce our environmental impact through informed material choices, efficient production and responsible use of resources. This includes choosing renewable raw materials wherever possible, sorting waste and selecting chemicals with a lower impact on the environment and human health. Through clear, measurable objectives, regular monitoring and continual improvement, we develop our environmental practices and the way we work.

As a manufacturer of labels and specialist print products, NORDVALLS ETIKETT AB shall undertake ongoing environmental work based on environmental awareness throughout the organisation.

Through information and clear leadership, employees shall understand their role in reducing the company’s impact on the external environment. Environmental considerations shall be taken into account in every decision and at all levels of the organisation.

Wherever possible, we shall choose renewable raw materials, conserve finite resources, use efficient manufacturing methods and otherwise ensure that our production processes and products have the lowest possible environmental impact.

Waste generated by our operations is sorted and sent for recycling or destruction.

We strive to select and switch to chemicals with the lowest possible impact on the environment and human health and the lowest possible fire risk.

Our operations shall comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations, as well as other requirements relating to our operations and products.

To minimise negative environmental impact, we set relevant, measurable objectives based on our significant environmental aspects.

We pursue continual improvement by evaluating our environmental performance, monitoring progress towards our objectives and conducting regular audits.
