Code of Conduct
Responsible business is part of who we are
At Nordvalls, we are committed to conducting our business in a responsible, ethical and sustainable manner. Our Code of Conduct sets out the principles and guidelines that guide our behaviour as a company and define how we interact with employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders.
The Code of Conduct is an important part of our efforts to create a safe, responsible and sustainable business. It applies throughout the Nordvalls organisation and covers all employees, from management to individual team members.
What does our Code of Conduct cover?
Our Code of Conduct applies throughout the Nordvalls organisation, and all employees are responsible for understanding and following its guidelines. In this way, we contribute to a responsible and sustainable business while building trust in our relationships.

Whistleblowing
Nordvalls provides a whistleblowing channel where employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders can report suspected serious misconduct. This may include corruption, fraud, discrimination, harassment, serious workplace health and safety failings, environmental offences or other breaches of laws, regulations or our Code of Conduct. Reports are handled confidentially and, where permitted by law, anonymously. All cases are handled in accordance with applicable legislation, with respect for the reporting person’s privacy.
